Cells ellipsoidal to subcylindrical with pharyngeal opening at apical region; posterior end with shorter tail; cells 17-20 µm long and 11-16 µm broad. Pellicle with uniformly thick spiral striation; plastids small discoid and numerous; paramylum body shows two lateral ring.
